My A1 loves to paint. She is one little creative-ball of fire. But she also likes sticking things in her mouth. Conundrum. So after going through countless Pinterest boards I zoomed in on this recipe. It is fast, relatively safe for ingestion, very cheap, and does minimal damage as long as you wear old clothes and paint outside 🙂
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup flour
• Few drops food colour
1. Mix all of the ingredients together. Add more water to make it the consistency you like.
2. Paint on whatever surface you want. Just remember you are using food colour, so it can stain!
I make it in whatever colour I have, and we paint on our garden stepping stones, the cement stoep outside or the bricks in the drive way. Sometimes some colour remains, but after a view rain storms nothing is left. So invite a friend over and have fun!
